The firm, which provides PR and creative support to an array of clients, has completed the purchase and renovation of a four-storey building in the heart of Sunderland city centre as it plans for a post-pandemic future.

Situated on the city’s historic Foyle Street, the company – which was founded by managing director Louise Bradford in 2014 – has invested close to £200,000 on its new headquarters.

The renovation was finished just before the second coronavirus lockdown and Louise is confident the move will stand the company in good stead as the firm looks to grow its headcount and service offering.

She said: “The new office gives us the additional space we need to grow and is a real statement of intent. I have always had a long-term vision for Creo and investing in a permanent base for the business means we will have the space required to grow.

“I’m really pleased that the office is in my home-city of Sunderland, a place I care passionately about.

There is a huge amount of positive change underway in the city centre now, and I think it’s important that businesses invest in the city too, and help to drive the regeneration of the beautiful old buildings we have.”

Creo has also undergone a brand refresh to coincide with the office move, which Louise believes reflects the company’s transition to a creative communications business that offers branding, design, social media marketing, web design and video production as well as PR and communications support.
