How is it shaping up for the end of the week and the Easter weekend?
From Wednesday onwards, it will be mild and largely dry, with cloud and further spells expected in the north of the UK.
The Met Office added: “There are signs that high pressure will then build to the west of the UK clearing cloud and rain southwards through late Wednesday and Thursday whilst introducing colder and largely clearer conditions across the UK.

Temperatures are expected to trend towards average to below average for the time of the year and feeling rather cold at times, especially when exposed to a brisk north wind.
Towards the end of the month, there are signs high pressure will become less dominant with the potential for more unsettled and changeable conditions.
