Police response teams called to Sunderland house
A police response team was called to a house in Sunderland over fears for a man's safety.
A team from Northumbria Police were called to The Elms in Ashbrooke at around 3.15pm this afternoon.
A spokeswoman for the force, said: "There were concerns for a male occupant.
"The situation was resolved quickly and there was no threat to the public."
