Police appeal to trace man with links to Chester-le-Street

Police have issued a picture of a man they want to speak to in connection with a suspected fraud.

Twenty-seven-year-old Liam Cowell is known to have links to the Chester-le-Street area.

Anyone who has seen him is asked to contact PC Watchorn from Stanley CID on 101 quoting incident number 58 of October 3.
