The Sunderland Empire will be all shook up when a touring Elvis production hits the stage. A Vision of Elvis will be at the High Street West venue for one night only – and you could be there for free.
We’ve got a pair of tickets to give away for the show on June 27, which stars Rob Kingsley and his band.
Rob heard his first Elvis song, Heartbreak Hotel, as a young boy and as he grew up his passion and admiration for Elvis became a huge part of his life.
He said: “Elvis will always be the greatest performer and entertainer that ever lived. I am very honoured and humbled to be a part of keeping the memory of Elvis Presley alive as I am a true Elvis fan and my shows are dedicated to paying a sincere and respectful tribute to Elvis.”
Rob has won Europe’s largest Elvis tribute artist competition and was the first Elvis tribute to perform at the new Wembley Stadium and Hyde Park in London.
The show features an evening of classic hits, from the hip-swivelling 1950s Sun Studios to the movie years and the 1968 Comeback Special with the finale being the jumpsuit concert years.
