Have your say

SEQUELS can sometimes struggle to live up to their predecessors but Avengers: Age Of Ultron definitely doesn’t have that problem.

The film was one of the most explosive, exciting and epic cinematic experiences of my life.

The flick sees the Marvel superheroes reunite to take on an insane artificial intelligence bent on destroying mankind.

Ultron (voiced by James Spader) was designed as a peacekeeping robot by ace inventor Tony Stark AKA Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), but things don’t quite go to plan.

It falls to the team, also made up of Captain America (Chris Evans), The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Black Widow (Scarlet Johansson) and Thor (Chris Hemsworth), to put a stop to their foe’s diabolical plan.

The action-packed flick is endlessly exciting. It’s sure to get your heart racing and your palms sweating.

But it’s also sure to tickle your funny bone. That signature Marvel humour is there and the egotistical interactions between the characters – particularly Thor and Stark – are hilarious.

Of course, such events are every day stuff to the Avengers, and the casual, matter-of-fact way they chat while fighting bad guys is sure to make you chuckle.

The film has mind-blowing visuals, stunning effects, and possibly Marvel creator Stan Lee’s best cameo yet.

Every time you think Marvel won’t be able to top what they’ve done, they come back with something even more awesome.

Age Of Ultron is packed with drama, tension, humour, and even a little romance.

It’s overwhelmingly awesome, and a bit emotional too.

Joss Whedon’s thrilling sequel is just brilliant and I can’t wait for the next instalment.

Make sure you stick around for an extra clip after the credits for a sneak preview of what’s to come.
