Hulme eager to take big chance in Bath
Great Britain international Ian Hulme has left City of Sunderland Amateur Swimming Club.
Hulme has won a place at British Swimming's Bath Intensive Training Centre (ITC), which will help his quest to remain as a global competitor and perhaps even stay in the running for the 2012 Olympics in London.
National governing body British Swimming has established five ITCs to support elite competitors and Hulme, from Easington, will benefit from top quality coaching and facilities while also being surrounded by swimmers of a similar standard.
He said: "When I got the opportunity to come to Bath, it was a no brainer."
