Echo Jury: Our panel of Sunderland fans were disappointed with Saturday’s display

ANOTHER loss for the lads against West Brom to make it three in a row, writes Andy MacDonald.

As with recent games, I think we deserved a point and can feel disappointed with the result. We had numerous chances and, with a bit more luck in front of goal, we could have come away with something.

The defence looked shaky and struggled to deal with Lukaku all game. This is an area that needs looking at in the close season with new recruits needed.

Fletcher and Graham need time to develop their partnership and I feel we should stick with 4-4-2 for Fulham. Having two up top gives us more scope for attack, whereas Fletcher looks isolated when up there by himself.

Fulham are notorious bad travellers so three points are a must this weekend. The sooner we secure our survival the better and we can move on from this inconsistent season.
