Revely still in with a shout for finals night

Jack Revely kept his hopes of a place on finals night in the Golden Fleece Darts League alive with a great 5-2 win over Lee Rump.

Both players’ best legs came in 20 darts, with Rump also hitting a 180.

Baz Walker is closing in on the title after a great 5-2 win over Charlie Thompson.

Walker had winning legs in 17, 19, 20 (twice) and 21 darts, with Thompson’s best leg coming in 17 darts.

Glen Woodbridge kept the pressure on Walker with a 5-1 win over Denny Cullen, having winning legs in 19, 20 and 21 darts as well as 107 finish.

Steve Richardson beat Mark Forth 5-2 with winning legs in 19 and 21 darts.

Micky Watson’s best leg in a 5-1 win against Andy Clark came in 20 darts.

Kev Long saw off Paul Moon 5-3 with a best leg in 21 darts. Dave Marley has taken over from Gary Bramley and played twice, getting a win and a draw.

He beat Darren Johnston 5-1 before finishing level with Micky Seaman.

Mark Forth won 5-2 against Colin Seama, who also lost 5-0 to Steve Carr.

Micky Watson beat Mike McBain 5-3 with both players’ best legs in 18, 19 and 21 darts.

Gary Richardson beat Darren Johnston 5-1, while Norman Place saw off Jaxon Douglass 5-2.
