‘Tricky Dicky’ Richard Selby oozed class during week 19 at the Knack Premier League collecting four points between his games.

In his first game of the night, he played the returning Chris Wood in a thrilling encounter, the pair couldn’t be separated as the match finished 4-4.

Wood took out a shanghai finish while Selby hit a brace of maximums and best legs of 17 and 18x2 darters.

Selby then played ‘Relentless’ Ryan Joyce in his second game and pulled off a fantastic win against him, taking the game 5-2, hitting his third 180 of the night and winning legs of 13, 16, 18, 19 and 20 darts, with Joyce returning fire in 17 and 18 darts.

This put a 37-game unbeaten run to an end forJoyce.

Neil Rose showed glimpses of some form returning, as he picked up maximum points on the night.

First he played Felling’s Dougie Hall and thumped the Felling dancer 5-0.

Rose then played Spiller Henderson and, again, Rose’s class shone through as he won 5-3.

Gateshead’s Rob McCluskey thumped Neil Richardson in his first game of the night, winning 5-1.

McCluskey then threw away a 4-1 lead to draw against Alan Smith.

Graham Mullen Leap frogged Lee Walton into fifth spot this week with two fine wins.

First he played Dougie Hall, and Mullen strolled to a 5-2 win, then beat Andrew Ambler 5-2.

Lee Walton hammered Barry Rutherford 5-0, then played an impressive Philly Dunn and the pair couldn’t be split as they drew 4-4.

Anth Skelton picked up four points as he drew 4-4 with Graeme Hills, then beat Geordie ‘The Bald Eagle’ Morton 5-3 in a tight game.

Morton was a 5-3 winner in his other game of the night against Will Neave.

Davey Thompson battled his way to two good wins.

First he played Philly Dunn and came away with a 5-2 win, then beat Eddie Ashman 5-3.

Ashman was a 5-2 winner in his other game of the night against David Brown.

Brown then played Chris Wood and pulled off a shock result winning 5-2.

Wood shared the spoils in his third game of the night against John Allan.

Spiller Henderson was an easy 5-0 winner over Barry Rutherford in his other game of the night.

John Allan picked up three points in his second game as he beat Neil Richardson 5-1 with ease.

In Chris Wood’s fourth and final game he managed to plug the double when it mattered and won 5-1 against Murton’s Neil Mather.

Mather was a 5-2 winner over Matthew Hodgson in his other game.

Dave Prins remains the only unbeaten player in the Knack Premier league this season as he picked up maximum points again.

First he played an inspired Andrew Ambler but Prins dished out a darting masterclass as he hit three 180s, a brilliant 151 finish and best legs of 15, 16x2 and 17 darts in a 5-2 win.

In his second game, Prins was once again very solid as he brushed Dan Gillibrand aside 5-1.

Gillibrand was a 5-3 winner in his other game of the night against Alan Smith.

Matthew Hodgson and Will Neave shared the spoils in a 4-4 draw.

Paul Williams and Ryan Joyce featured in a clash of the titans bout.

The game wasn’t short of drama or brilliance but it was Joyce who came out on top winning 5-3.

Paul Williams then dished out a lesson to Graeme Hills as he thrashed him 5-1.
