MICKY Callan was a draw specialist in the Thorney Close Darts Premier League, tying his matches against Steve Carr and Lee Rump.
Callan had a couple of 19-darters, plus 20 and 21-dart legs, Rump and Carr both had two 21-dart legs.
Carr then fell to a 5-3 defeat against Alan Slight, who enjoyed a 21-darter plus two 180s. Carr managed two 21-darters.
Rump, meanwhile, added a 5-3 win over Jack Revely to his draw. He won legs in 20 and 21 darts, with Revely, even in defeat, impressing with legs in 17 and 18 darts, plus a 127 checkout on the bull.
Tes Charlesworth lost 5-2 to both Walter Scott and Chris Bolam, who had a 17-darter.
Alan Slight, pictured, clinched his play-off place with a 5-2 win over Anth Richardson, who had a 121 outshot and legs in 17 and 21 darts.
Andy Lincoln whitewashed Anth Cummings 5-0, enjoying 17 and 21-dart legs, while Marco Laybourn was also in whitewashing form, beating Steve Richardson 5-0, with legs in 16 and 18 darts.
In Division One, Neil Hardy had mixed fortunes. He lost 5-1 to Danny Cullen, but then beat Anth Devine by the same score.
Darren Johnston had two 20-darters and a 100 checkout as he outgunned Dan Scott 5-1, while Gary Richardson beat Danny Cullen 5-3, with both players having 21-dart legs.
The battle of the two Alans went Garden’s way as he beat Grimes 5-2, helped by 19 and 20-dart legs.
Shaun Turnbull won legs in 20 and 21 darts as he beat Jamie Scott 5-1, while Adam Lafferty edged Jordan Cook 5-3.
