Double delight for deadly Dykes

Steve Dykes proved unbeatable in the Thorney Close Darts Premier League after he played two matches and convincingly won them both.

Firstly, he beat Darren Johnston 5-2 and then he destroyed Tony Richardson 5-0 with a fantastic checkout of 161.

Micky Callan lost top-spot after his match against Walter Scott ended in a draw. Callan’s best legs came in 19, 20, 21 darts.

Andy Lincoln drew with Paul Revely.

Vince Lorraine kept up his good run with a 5-1 win over Ian Wilkinson.

Dan Scott drew with Jack Revely with both players having a 21-dart leg.

Marco Laybourn moved to the top of the table with a resounding 5-0 win over Tom Davies.

Steve Richardson beat Steve Carr 5-1 with Richardson’s best legs coming in 20, 21 darts. Carr had a 21-darter with an amazing 120 outshot.

In division one, Alan Garden beat Kristian Summerside 5-3.

Danny Cullen beat Adrian Burgess 5-2.

Tony Cummings beat Jamie Scott 5-2.

Paul Wilkinson beat Tony Bryant 5-3.

Kristian Summerside beat Adrian Burgess 5-1.

Denny Cullen played two and drew them both against Tony and Anth Cummings.
