MICKY Callan kept the pressure up at the top of the Thorney Close Premier League’s Premier Division, winning 5-1 against Vince Lorraine.

His best legs came in 16 and 17 darts.

Marco Laybourn stayed in pole position with a 5-0 win against Paul Revely, while Steve Dykes is just one point adrift of second place. He outgunned Revely 5-0 with legs in 19, 20 (twice) and 21 darts.

Andy Lincoln stepped up his fight for a finals place by sinking Darren Johnston 5-1, Tony Richardson beat Jack Revely 5-2, while Ian Wilkinson saw off Steve Richardson by the same score, though Richardson hit a 180.

In Division One, leader Denny Cullen beat his son 5-3 to close in on promotion, while Tony Cummings defeated Alan Garden 5-0, throwing two 19-dart legs.

Jamie Scott and Paul Wilkinson both had 20-darters in their tight clash, which Scott edged 5-3, while Adrian Burgess drew with Anth Cummings, but then lost 5-0 to Kristian Summerside.
