Sunderland Women forwards Beth Mead and Keira Ramshaw will head to Turkey next month for the Uefa Women’s European Under-19 Championship finals.
The pair are in England’s squad to take on group rivals Sweden (July 2), Spain (July 5) and Serbia (July 8).
Hosts Turkey, Portugal, Denmark and Romania make up the other section, with the top two nations in each group progressing to the semi-finals.
Manager Mo Marley has taken England to the final in three of the last five seasons, with Sunderland’s Lucy Bronze, Jordan Nobbs and Demi Stokes playing a major part in Belarus in 2009.
Sunderland Women’s manager, Mick Mulhern, said: “Beth and Keira have developed massively during the last season. I have no doubt that their mentality will be an asset to England.”
