Bottom-of-the-table Sunderland host second-place Arsenal (12.30pm kick-off).

But the Gunners could be without Santi Cazorla, Theo Walcott and Nacho Monreal - who are all doubts and face fitness tests today.

Arsenal have been boosted, however, by the return of Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey, who are both expected to be in the squad that travels to Wearside.

Boss Arsene Wenger said: "We have a few uncertainties with Walcott, Monreal, Cazorla but they will have tests today.

"[Olivier] Giroud is back available, Aaron Ramsey will be in the squad so it's good to have them back.

"I have to be a bit cautious, especially with Aaron Ramsey."

Cazorla missed last week's goalless draw with Middlesbrough.
