WHEN you get bad news after bad news, the last thing you want to hear about is a big setback for Fraizer Campbell.
If it turns out to be the worst-case scenario that he misses a large chunk of next season, then you have to feel for the lad.
It is a great life as a footballer, but the one downside to it is long-term injuries.
When you are out, you feel dreadful that you are not able to contribute in the one way you can, so to come back and suffer a setback is really heartbreaking.
I really hope he comes through because it is the worst news you could have wished for the lad.
Everybody is on a downer with results at the moment and he might have been the one to give us a bit of impetus over the last few games of the season.
But Campbell can look at David Meyler and how he has bounced back.
Meyler suffered a recurrence of his knee injury, but was on the bench at Birmingham on Saturday, so he might be the example to follow.
