SUNDERLAND defender Anton Ferdinand completed his move to QPR just before last night’s transfer deadline.

He was in the final year of his four-year Black Cats’ deal and goes back to London in a move worth up to £3m.

The 26 year-old defender signed from boyhood club West Ham United in August 2008 and returns to the capital having made 95 Sunderland appearances, including 85 in the Barclays Premier League.
