Black Cats' fans across the city have celebrating the news of a new signing at their club today.
It was confirmed earlier that 21-year-old Belgian Adnan Januzaj was signing for the club - and that he could make his debut tomorrow at the Etihad Stadium, as Sunderland travels to face Manchester City.
But what did you make of the signing? It is David Moyes' fourth signing for SAFC since taking over at the Stadium of Light.
Here's what you had to say on social media.
Ged Laydon: "If he makes anything like the impact Welbeck did while on loan he will be a star! Hope we have the option to make it permanent this time."
Liam Dugdale: "Very good player. Great signing."
Paul Smith: "Welcome and great addition, much needed forward."
Phil Jones: "Arguably the most talented player we've ever signed, world class potential but it's up to him. My only gripe is it's a loan. If he has a blinder of a season he goes back and progresses at Man United. If we'd signed him permanently and he has a blinder then we could of had a real world class player on our books with a huge price tag on his head. Let's just wait and see but hopefully it works out."
Paul Clayton: "I seem to recall he had a very good day against us for his debut."
Billy Robinson: "Excellent player just be patient he is only a young lad but class."
Deb Hill: "Welcome Adnan, can't wait to see you in action. Brilliant homework done by Mr Moyes. Things can only get better Sunderland."
David Penman: "I hope it'e not a case of us wiping him down, cleaning him up, making him great, and then back to his club. Wearing thin with me, But If he does a job, so be it."
Sean Foxton: "Still need four or five signings but we're moving."
Michael Bell: "I've always liked him, class act."
John Lay: "If he can find his form off three years ago, yes great addition."
