Holders Hall Farm Glasshus made comfortable progress in the Durham County Minor Cup, beating visitors Heighington 3-0.

Martin Hope, Reece McEwan and sub Tom Foster notched for Farm, with Adam Elliott starring.

Farringdon Detached succumbed 6-1 to league leaders Horden Community Welfare as the newcomers met for the second week in a row.

Peter Crawford’s hat-trick sparked Horden, with Hayden Pace, Craig Harbord and Dan Johnson also notching.
