THE Tyne-Wear derby fixture between Newcastle United and Sunderland in December has been put back 24 hours for TV.

The game will now be shown on Sunday, December 21 with a 1.30pm kick-off.

The match was originally scheduled for Saturday, December 20, but will now be shown live by Sky Sports.

It is one of three games in December that sees Newcastle appear on TV, with their game at Arsenal on December 13 kicking off now at 5.30pm, while their home clash against Everton on December 28 scheduled for a 4.15pm kick-off.
