WINGER Anouar Hadouir may have to wait to win his dream move to Middlesbrough.
The right-footed Dutchman, 28, is out of contract with Roda JC Kerkrade and has been won over by Boro boss Tony Mowbray, despite interest from other Eredivisie clubs.
But Mowbray must first shift out some of Boro’s higher earners before he can bring in new men.
Hadouir, who is eligible to play for Morocco, has been at Rockcliffe Park and the Riverside Stadium for talks with Mowbray
Agent Hakim Stimani said: “He had a meeting with Middlesbrough and it was very pleasant.
“The manager was fantastic, they had a great conversation about football and about life.Tony Mowbray expressed the ambition he has for the club.
“Hopefully he can go to Middlesbrough. Middlesbrough is a very big club, they have Premier League facilities and Premier League ambition. It’s a very exciting situation.”
