SEAHAM Red Star boss Mark Collingwood is looking for a top 10 finish in the second division of the Northern League, so that his side qualifies for next season’s FA Cup.
“We only have three games left, starting at home to Whickam, and I want to win all nine points. Wherever we end, we’ll still have improved considerably on the last couple of years,” enthused Collingwood, who misses Mark Catcheside with a broken ankle. Youngsters Liam Haywood and Ben Hall could feature.
Horden CW, who prop up the table, have Jonathon Payne, John Pyle and Kevin Jukes back for the visit of Chester-le-Street, who cannot call upon Lewis Lynch, Michael Graver or Michael Robson. The Cestrians welcome back Anthony Burnell and Nick Gibson.
Ryhope CW continue to challenge Crook Town for the Championship and they visit third bottom Esh Winning with James Dunn and Chris Rookes added to the squad.
Manager Martin Swales misses Ben Riding and will need to check on the fitness of Michael Charlton, Gregg Swansbury and Nathan Johnson before finalising his squad.
Birtley Town boss Scott Oliver cannot name Scott Garrett or James Allsopp at home to Stokesley SC.
However, Scott Wallace, Gary Bailes and Peter Henderson are in his plans.
