STEPHEN Donkin had a day to remember, hitting five goals as Dubmire WMC revelled in a 9-4 Second Division triumph at battling bottom club Burnmoor JFC.

Donkin’s salvo was backed by Elsdon Thompson and three-goal sub James Gardiner.

Matthew Agar and sub Steven MacDonald steered Waldridge Park home 2-1 at Bishop Middleham, with David Redfearn replying.

Langley Park Rams Head had Michael Barker’s hat-trick as the centrepiece of their 5-2 win over New Brancepeth WMC. Kelvyn Scorer and Simon Moralee also notched, with Anthony Bussey and Ricky Box replying.

Graeme Brenkley and Andrew Marshall netted as West Rainton won 2-0 at Sedgefield SC, while two-goal Mark Hughes and Lee Walker struck in Durham County Seniors’ 3-1 triumph at Washington Honest Boy.

Houghton saw their lead at the top of Division Four cut to four points as second-placed visitors Durham County ran out stunning 6-1 winners.
