Easington defeated Peterlee by three wickets in the DCB U18 South East Division.
Dylan Richardson stole the show for Easington, bagging 5-12 in four overs as Peterlee were restricted to 85-9, despite 34 from opener Ellis Dunn. Grant Akers weighed in with 3-6 in four overs.
Ryan Foster (36no) and Richardson (28) rallied Easington after losing four quick wickets as they won on 86-6, with two wickets apiece for Daniel Magee and Dunn.
Ryhope kept Castle Eden down to 87-9 before clinching a convincing nine-wicket success.
In the Central Division, Sunderland secured a 44-run victory, posting 130-5 before restricting Chester-le-Street to 86-9.
Philadelphia made 95-4, led by Alex Davison (59no) and Lewis Carney (18), with Michael Thorpe taking two wickets. Washington replied with 96-3 to win by seven wickets, courtesy of Gabriel Hebron (30), Sam Hardy (28) and Ajay Singh Rai (20).
Whitburn suffered a one-wicket loss to Whiteleas in the North East Division. Matthew Downey (47), Dominic Mallaby (20) and Ben Hutchinson (13no) led Whitburn to 100-5, but, despite Luke Smith’s brilliant haul of 4-7 in four overs and two wickets from William Johnson, the Villagers were beaten with five balls to spare.
Boldon went down by 21 runs to South Shields, who made an impressive 160-5 in their 20 overs. Luke Elliott (80), Eddie Hurst (24) and Eliott Campbell (21no) led Shields.
Whitburn put on 86 for the first wicket but fell short of 139-5 despite good knocks from Nathan Hewitt (52) and Oliver Sampson-Barnes (38), while Joseph Forster made 14, Joseph Maddison 11 not out and Jack Sargon 10.
