JOSH Coughlin hit an unbeaten 101 to lead Hetton Lyons to victory in the the Durham Cricket Board Under-18s Central Division.
Coughlin was backed by 62 from Sean Tindale as Lyons posted 194-1, before restricting Philadelphia to 55-3.
Burnmoor bowled Eppleton out for just 88, with Charlie Ord top-scoring, hitting 56 off 47 balls. Mackenzie Wright stole the show with 4-21, while Roy Hardwick and Connor Henderson both struck twice.
Burnmoor then sealed the win in 13.2 overs with Wright blasting 57 as Joe Blacklock (2-16) and Lewis Wardle (2-26) tried in vain to rally Eppleton.
In the North East Division, Owen Smith took 3-19 as Bill Quay made 131-5, but Whitburn fell short on 108-8, despite 52 from Anthony Chambers and Ryan Parkin’s 30.
Nathan Newton (68no), Jack McBeth (42no) and Dale Shaw helped Seaham Harbour to 149-6 in their South East Division John Lowery Memorial Trophy clash with Castle Eden, who were then skittled for 68 as Shaw plundered 5-11.
Barrow grabbed a hat-trick in his haul of 5-19 as Easington dismissed Seaham Park for 69 before easing home by four wickets/
H Kristian Jefferson fired an unbeaten 55 in only four overs as Eppleton U11s outgunned Hetton Lyons Gold, backed by skipper Layla Tipton (43) and Jake Pratt (26) as Mason Oliver grabbed two wickets. Josh Hutchinson (4-2) and Edward Brown (3-6) then helped bowl Lyons out for 30.
