Sunderland's recent trip to the Lake District took in a bizarre team-bonding session...
The Black Cats players had to pretend to be sheep while another star shepherded them around an assault course.

They also took part in archery and other outdoor pursuits as the team took advantage of a two-week break in the Premier League calendar.

Keane's men were staying at Armanthwaite Hall in Bassenthwaite in the Lake District.
