Unpopular Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley has controversially put the naming rights to St James's Park up for sale.
At sunderlandecho.com we're asking you what the new name for the Tyneside landmark should be.

Do you think that the Greggs pasty should be incorporated into the new name?

Or what about naming the stadium after Mike Ashley's favourite footballing personality, the Dennis Wise Arena?

Select an option on the right-hand side of this page, or if you can suggest any better names, use our comment box below to get in touch.

Well, Mining is big in Newcastle, and the owner is Mike Ashley. I'd go for the "Ashley Coal Arena". After all, maybe Cheryl could be persuaded to save the place from obscurity and sing in a stadium named after her husband.

Disneyland would be the obvious choice, but there would be trademark problems with the other Mickey Mouse, so how about "Stadium of Tripe"?

maybe a brewery would be interested in the naming rights for St James Park, how about 'London Pride'
