Two members of the Seishin Judo Kwai, based at Oxclose School in Washington, have returned from a competition in Dublin with gold and silver medals.
Nine-year-olds Elizabeth Phillips and Megan Duffy added to their impressive prize collection in Ireland – they already have trophies from the British and Welsh national competitions.
The girls are coached by Dave Steadman, who overseas training three nights a week.
