CHRIS Hunter is the 28th Echo Dream Teams champion, picking up £2,500.
Chris, from The Royalty, Sunderland, scooped the top prize by a point – with his Hardcorefan team pipping his nearest challengers Wendsboyz, managed by Wendy McDonald of Penshaw).
Reallife, managed by Andrew Tyzack of Vicarage Close, Sunderland, were third, a further point behind.
