Former Sunderland winger Andy Welsh is among 11 players freed by Blackpool following their Championship survival.
Welsh, 24, made just five starts and 19 substitute appearances for the Seasiders after signing in September following a stint at Toronto.

The 11 released include Michael Jackson, Keigan Parker, John Hills, Paul Tierney and Michael Flynn.

Andy Morrell, Simon Wiles and Claus Jorgenson have been offered new deals.

* Bishop Auckland-born keeper Aidan Davison has announced his retirement after leaving Colchester, who have also freed defender Danny Granville.

* Huddersfield goalkeeper Matt Glennon has signed a new two-year deal, while Danny Schofield has agreed to join Yeovil after being released by the Terriers, and striker Luke Beckett has been given permission to talk to Bradford about a move.

* Millwall have offered new contracts to strikers Neil Harris and Chris Zebroski and winger Chris Hackett, but nine others have been freed.

*Gillingham's ex-Aberdeen keeper, Derek Stillie, has retired to embark on a legal career.
