SUNDERLAND have again been linked with a £2.5million move for Manchester City centre-back Richard Dunne.

City owner Thaksin Shinawatra has promised a clear-out in the wake of his club's disappointing second half of the season.

Newcastle are among a host of other clubs believed to be tracking Dunne, while young midfielder Michael Johnson has appeared on Liverpool's radar and Manchester United fancy City's defensive star, Micah Richards.
