Time is running out for Black Cats' fans to bid for a limited-edition signed Sunderland shirt in a charity auction.
The team donned the exclusive tops in their game against Portsmouth at the Stadium of Light as part of the club's support of Remembrance Day commemorations and the Help the Heroes campaign.
Now the one-off jerseys, which have been signed by the individual players, are being sold on Sunderland's official website, safc.com, to raise funds for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal Fund and the Sunderland AFC Foundation, the club's own registered charity.
The auction started last Tuesday and bidding will close at midnight tomorrow.
Earlier this month, soldiers from the 206 Signal Squadron paraded before the crowds at the Stadium of Light ahead of Sunderland's game against Portsmouth.
Sergeant John Stephenson, from the Royal Signals, said: "Over the past three years Sunderland have been amazing in their support for those unfortunate British Forces personnel who have been injured in conflicts."
"Our visit to the Stadium of Light amazing.
"We were given a standing ovation from the 37,000 crowd, which was very touching. All the guys have said this was one of the best moments of their lives and I wish to thank all the people of Sunderland for what they did.
"The collection on match day was also incredible. We raised nearly £2,000 inside the ground, which is a real testament to the people of the North East.
"Over the whole weekend, we raised well over £3,000, which has already gone to help all those who have been injured in service."
