Gossip more influential?

I wonder why he bothered because none of his remarks were relevant to the contents of my previous letter! For example, Mr Wright wrote, “ Mr Quinn again shows he is removed from the reality on Labours disastrous economic record”.

This didn’t make any sense at all after he had read my facts on Labour’s fine economic record. Mr Wright’s comments just make sense if, by some mistake, he ended up referring to the part of my correspondence where I mentioned the Tory Government.

I said the Chancellors approach to fix the deficiency was a disaster and the books remain unbalanced. Financial targets continue to be missed and borrowing for this year has increased by 14.5% to £10.6 billion. Obviously the Tory policy of reducing benefits for the poor and giving tax cuts to the rich is not working. Mr Wright never challenged any of my figures. He probably knows they are indisputable!

Mr Wright gives me the impression he considers hearsay, gossip and tittle tattle are more influential than facts.
