Courts need to be tougher

Question, do magistrates read the Echo? It would seem not as yet another person gets away with failing to take proper care of dogs.

Mr Noble was found guilty and was sentenced to a 12 month community order with a three month curfew from 7pm to 7am.

When are magistrates going to take the treatment of animals seriously and start giving prison sentences to convicted human beings.

These poor animals give there owners undying love and this is what they get.

The courts have got to give custodial sentences. Animals can’t speak so we have to speak for them.
