X Factor's Kandy Rain to play Sunderland
X Factor finalists Kandy Rain are hot-footing it to Sunderland after being given the boot from the show.
The girls, who were the first act to be voted out of the live finals of the smash hit ITV show, will be making one of their first live appearance when they take to the stage on Monday.
Privilege at Crowtree Road is one of a handful of venues across the region to be chosen to feature contestants thrown off the show.
X Factor Joe hailed a superstar.
Each finalist will perform two 20-minute slots and take part in meet and greets, and on Monday it's the turn of Kandy Rain.
Tickets for the event cost 4 on the door.
Doors open at 10pm and punters can queue from 9pm.
