DAY two of Sunderland International Airshow is soaring ahead - despite heavy rainfall this morning.
The heavy downpours led to some minor changes in the programme and flooded a park and ride service at Downhill.
The RAF Falcons were not able to jump and the historic Spitfire did not take to the air, due to fuel problems.
But organisers say the rest of the flight programme is going ahead as usual.
