LITTLE Leighanne Dewart has the recipe for the perfect Fathers’ Day.

The eight-year-old, from Shiney Row, claimed first place in a competition to design a special themed-cake for her dad’s big day.

A figure of Leighanne’s kick-boxing father Lee, 38, was put on to a nine-inch chocolate sponge cake.

Lisa Burdon, who runs Lisa’s Cupcakes, organised the competition, inviting pupils from nearby Shiney Row Primary School to take part.

“There was a really good standard of entries,” she said. “The children did really well.”
