A PROJECT that matches up business experts with the voluntary and community sector has celebrated its first birthday.
North east-based SkillsBridge, which marked the milestone by signing up its 50th volunteer, has given support to more than 100 organisations.
It has been helped by a wide range of businesses, including Sage UK, Greggs and the Benfield Motor Group.
Andrew White, chief executive of SkillsBridge, said: “Since day one, businesses in the North East have embraced SkillsBridge, and have really got behind our project.”
Businesses that would like to find out more about how to get involved with SkillsBridge should contact Chris Orrick on 275 5059, or email email@example.com.
