Pictures of your festive pets

Waiting for Video...

THESE pets pulled on festive outfits as they joined in a cosy Christmas.

Sharon Stuart, from Grangetown, photographed her dog Fly, while four-year-old Bedlington Terrier Elsie was pictured by Katherine Lowes, from Roker.

Harry was snapped as he was curled up by the fire at home with Kenny Cresswell, from Easington Lane.

Klaire Haggan, from Washington, took a photo of her two-year-old pug Frankie, who was dressed in a Santa hat.

Feline friends Eddie and Parker were pictured next to the Christmas tree of their owner Nicola Wilce, from Washington.

Gemma Errington, from Houghton, also dressed up her dog Bessie ready for her celebrations, as did Gemma Davies, from Peterlee, who pulled on an outfit to her dog Arry.

Family pets could be in with a chance of featuring in their own photograph studio session if they are entered into our Animal Crackers competition.

We have teamed up with Village Photography in Hebburn, which will create a print for the first place pet.

Send in your entries to fiona.thompson@northeast-press.co.uk and be sure to include your name, where you are from and a telephone number, along with the name of your pet.

The judges will pick the top 10 and ask readers to take part in a text vote for their favourite, with the winner to be announced in the new year.
