SUNDERLAND’S semi-final win against Manchester United has got the city buzzing with cup fever.
Black Cats fans sent in snaps of themselves to the Echo celebrating Wednesday’s dramatic penalty shoot-out win against the Premier League champions.
SAFC will now take on Manchester City at Wembley in the final of the Capital One Cup in March and the club’s supporters are capturing the moment.

Originally from Sunderland, Christopher now lives in Redhill, Surrey and is bringing the tot up to be Sunderland fan and hopes to take him to Wembley.
He said: “Getting into the final is just what the city needs right now,so come on lads do it for your fans far and wide!” Little Daniel and Sophie Thompson are also supporting the lads with matching baby grows.
Their dad Carl dressed the 10-week-old twins in the club’s colours before heading to Manchester to see Sunderland play.
Luke Alan Duncan, from Washington, is now looking forward to a trip to the capital to watch Sunderland in action in the final – and has a message for his dad who promised to take him.
