A MAN accused of killing his older brother during a confrontation at a shopping centre has denied manslaughter.
Anthony Marshall is accused of killing his sibling Michael Marshall, 52, who was known as Little Elvis because of his talent for karaoke singing.
The 50-year-old, of Broome Road, Carrville, County Durham, appeared at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of manslaughter.
He was granted bail until May 14.
