SUNDERLAND fan Micky Watt has shown support for the Black Cats in a different way ahead of the Capital One Cup final.

Micky, of Farringdon, has used scaffolding from his work to erect a giant flag wishing the lads well.

The flag, which covers the entire width of his home, reads “Ha’way The Lads, SAFC, Wembley 2014” and has caused quite a stir.

TV cameras have been to Micky’s house in Aldwych Square to catch a glimpse of the giant red and white banner.

The 21-year-old, who will be at Wembley for the game, says the reaction to the flag has been positive. “It’s been excellent, social media has been going nuts,” said the season ticket holder.
