BRIAN is determined to continue his fund-raising drive to help Phillip Scott.

The four-year-old, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at 10 months old, is confined to a wheelchair.

But his parents Paul and Dianne have been given fresh hope that he may be able to one day walk. Efforts are underway to raise enough money to send Philip on courses at the Footsteps Foundation in Oxfordshire.
