The music rooms have a recording studio and practice area, which will be opened up to community groups..

“The school is wonderful,” said Sharron. “It’s an excellent use of space, its so bright and airy.

“I have been speaking to some students, they have been so polite and respectful, not just to me but to each other, you can see that they have a great sense of pride in their school.”

Chloe James, 15, said: “I think the new school is really spacious and has a good community feel about it.”

Kyle Bagnall, also 15, added: “It’s a fantastic place to learn.”
