ONE of the West End’s leading ladies has been helping aspiring stage stars prepare for their latest production.
Ruthie Henshall met members of Durham’s Gala Theatre Stage School, as they ran through final rehearsals for West Side Story.
Director Kate Sorahan said: “The rehearsal process was a necessarily demanding one but, as always, the cast have worked extremely hard and I can guarantee audiences will not be disappointed.
“Ruthie was a real inspiration. The direction she gave them was the final boost they needed.”
