MOTORISTS were caught up in delays during rush-hour after a two-car smash.
The accident happened on the north-bound carriageway of the A19 at Testos roundabout, when a Vauxhall Astra and a VW Eos collided.
One lane of the road was closed while police officers dealt with the crash, which happened at 5.20pm on Monday.
Both drivers suffered whiplash from the accident.
