A SUNDERLAND social club has been fined after failing to keep its accounts in order.
Hepworth and Grandage Social Club was brought before city magistrates after failing to file proper accounts for the last three years.
A representative from the club in Red House admitted three offences under the Financial Services and Markets Act.
The charge was that returns had not been submitted to the Financial Services Authority on 2009, 2010 and 2011.
The club was fined a total of £300 and ordered to pay £700 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
