WEARSIDERS can now follow in the Queen’s footsteps without having to book a ticket.
This weekend is the last chance to see Sunderland’s Diamond Jubilee exhibition, enjoyed by the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh this week.
Visitors no longer need to book free tickets to see the intriguing exhibition that explores each decade of the Queen’s reign.
From today, visitors can turn up at the pick-up point outside Sunderland Civic Centre, Burdon Road, to get the free bus to the Port of Sunderland, where it is held.
The last visit is at 6pm on tomorrow.
