Herringtons, Farringdon and Lakeside - Down Your Way

A few civic minded residents responded to local councillor Gillian Galbraith's call to litter pick at Middle Herrington Park, which is well used by the children of the area. Led by councillor Darryl Dixon, using equipment provided by the council, the team spent time doing a thorough comb of the park for litter and debris of all kind. Members from Herrington Townswomen's Guild and Women's Institute laid on refreshments at the Scout Hut.
