A local fitness expert is looking for six ‘tried everything and failed’ women volunteers, who are willing to spend eight weeks on a new Body Shape Up Programme that he has created.

In exchange for their time and effort, Sunderland-born Andrew Atchison says he is offering more than £250-worth of training, coaching and nutritional guidance for free.

Andrew says the programme promises to deliver huge changes in their fitness, strength and appearance. He said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for local women who are 100% serious about finally getting the results their hard work deserves. The programme is free, but I expect every participant to pay their way in effort and attitude. And in return I guarantee that they will drop body fat, get stronger and look visibly leaner in just a few weeks

Andrew, who has lived in Sunderland all his life, launched his fitness company in 2014 to help frustrated yo-yo dieters.

He said: “My aim with this is to help educate the women in Sunderland and to put an end to yo-yo dieting or hours and hours of training each week for very little change . I want to show them that it doesn’t have to be complicated or confusing and real results can be achieved with some simple changeses and hard work.

“This isn’t about starvation diets or hours on the treadmill feeling miserable about the whole experience. This is about simple, positive changes that empower you to lead a happy and healthier life.
